After you book a happiness coaching session with Soma, an internationally certified happiness coach:
- You will be guided over a personal and confidential interactive conversation about your situation
- Based on the discussion you will be guided to take the next steps
- The first session might last for up to 90 mins followed by a series of 60 mins sessions
- The number of sessions will depend on your situation however a minimum of 4 sessions is suggested for you to notice a significant difference.
