Yoga Practices Session

The practice of Yoga is not just about exercising and staying fit. It is a holistic practice where you cultivate a sense of presence and stillness and a union of your mind, body, and soul. With the regular practice of yoga, you will be able to take the journey within and develop a deeper understanding of your true self.

By practicing yoga, you can:

  • Improve your posture, strengthens your spine and lower back, improve bone health, and have increased blood flow to all body parts 
  • Ease stress and anxiety levels 
  • Improve sleep, stay calm and more centered 
  • Boost your immunity, tone your nervous system, and optimize your hormones, 
  • Tremendously increase your focus and makes you more productive 
  • Detoxify toxins through deep breathing 
  • Boosts self-esteem, increase confidence and stay positive 
  • Get in touch with your divine self and become a better happier person

Every Yoga class will have the following flow:

  • Relaxation to begin the practice of yoga 
  • Beginning prayers and mantra chants 
  • Pranayama (breathing techniques) 
  • Asana (yoga postures) 
  • Dhyana (Meditation) 
  • Closing prayers and Mantra chants

Make time to become a yogi.
